DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING IN AKASTOR ASA (ticker AKA_NO ; SEDOL B1VLVW7) We are making this disclosure in accordance with Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. On 17 July 2015 (with settle date 21 July 2015), Artisan disposed 2,325,556 shares in Akastor ASA ("AKA") for and on behalf of Artisan International Value Fund. As a result of the transaction, Artisan International Value Fund crossed below the 5% threshold of Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act on an individual basis. Following the transaction, Artisan International Value Fund aggregate shareholding in AKA amounts to 11,747,046 shares, equaling 4.29% of the issued shares and votes in AKA. No rights to shares in Akastor ASA are held by Artisan International Value Fund.
