Akastor ASA - disclosure of large shareholding

Kingstown Capital Management LP has on 20 January 2017 sold 4,000,000 shares in Akastor ASA. Following this sale, Kingstown Capital Management LP holds in aggregate 26,000,000 shares in Akastor ASA, corresponding to 9.49% of the issued shares and votes in the company.
